Service & Maintenance

During a Service and Maintenance visit we offer a thorough inspection of all pipework and indoor and outdoor systems.
It also covers as follows:

Clean filters. We ensure the unit’s lifespan and efficiency.

Clean indoor and outdoor coils.
Check and test the condense pump and line.
Tightness test and visual checks on wiring.
Carry out refrigeration leak test in accordance with the Fluorinated Greenhouse Gas regulations and issue a new 12-month certificate.
Carry out compressor test/AMP.

Clean outdoor fascia and indoors, leaving the system in the best condition.

Fault Finding

There is no fault that we cannot find and no repair that we cannot undertake. We will make sure your system is running efficiently, leaving you with peace of mind for the following 12 months.
